 October 28th, 2023 • 4 pm - 8 pm • Wildlife Rescue Center

Registration required. Spots are limited for this wildly popular event!

Start your fall season off right with this celebration of nocturnal animals and all the creepy, crawly, and cool critters who call Missouri home! Costumed hikes around the lake, campfires, and more make Tails of the Night a yearly family favorite. Explore our fairy-lit nature trail, learn about our nocturnal wild neighbors, and take a behind-the-scenes tour (excluding areas with recovering wildlife patients) of our wild animal hospital.

You'll also get to...

  • make a cool craft with the kids

  • meet with real wildlife rehabilitators

  • enjoy some smore'z and other seasonal treats

  • create glow-in-dark chalk art and more!

With so much to do, you'll wish you were a creepy, crawly critter too!

Registration is required and costumes are encouraged at this family-friendly event. Spots are limited and registration opens on September 1, 2023.
