While the Wildlife Rescue Center and its grounds are not open to the public on a daily basis, we host several community events and education programs throughout the year.

Bring the family and join us on Saturday, April 11, for our annual Open House! Don't miss this fun-filled day of learning, crafting, and supporting the treatment of more than 2,000 wild orphans this Spring! See what goes on behind the scenes, meet some of our conservation partners, take a stroll around the nature trail, and make a neat nature craft. Learn all about what it takes to be a great neighbor to our local wildlife at this wildly popular event!
This event is free to attend, donations are encouraged to provide critical care to wildlife patients!

Nature Tots Storybook Hour
April 1st, 2026 • 10am - 11am • Wildlife Rescue Center
Cost: FREE with an item from our wish list
Bring your toddler to hear a tale and hit the trail! Join us for our in-person Nature Tots Storybook Hour on April 1st, 2026. We will read a nature-themed story, enjoy a wildlife walk, and create an eco-friendly craft using nature's art supplies. Nature Tots Storybook Hour is FREE with the donation of an item from our wish list: https://www.mowildlife.org/wish-list.
